Valory Store – Egypt
Latoya Club has long been a name synonymous with elegance and individuality in Egypt’s women’s fashion scene. But as the market evolved, so did the brand’s ambition: to expand beyond its offline presence and connect with a new generation of digital-first shoppers. The challenge was to reinvent its online voice — modern, bold, and trend-driven — while staying true to its timeless identity. This is where our partnership began.

Scope of Work: Business Strategy, Social Media Campaigns, Collection Launch, Website Development, Ramadan Campaigns
Target Market: Egypt
The Story
Valory Store was born in Gaza, specializing in plus-size women’s fashion — a market often overlooked, yet deeply needed. But when the war hit, they lost everything: their stores, resources, and stability. Forced to leave Gaza, they relocated to Cairo with nothing but their passion, resilience, and belief that every woman deserves to feel confident and stylish, regardless of size.
This wasn’t just another client project for us — it was about helping a brand rise from the ashes and rebuild its identity in a brand-new market, under the toughest circumstances imaginable.
The Challenge
- Entering a completely new market (Egypt) with zero brand recognition.
- Building trust with an audience that had never heard of them before.
- Turning a painful displacement story into a powerful brand comeback.
Our Approach
- We started by working hand-in-hand with Valory on their new fashion collection, ensuring it was styled, presented, and communicated in a way that would instantly resonate with Egyptian women.
- We designed a strategic marketing plan to introduce the brand in Egypt, focusing on authenticity, storytelling, and the unique plus-size niche.
- We created a Ramadan campaign tailored for the Egyptian market, blending culture, fashion, and emotional appeal.
- We launched performance-driven social media ads, building awareness, driving engagement, and converting new followers into loyal customers.
- On top of that, we developed and optimized their new website, making sure it was aligned with their brand values and designed to convert traffic into sales.
Impact
- Successfully introduced Valory Store into the Egyptian market as a trusted and relatable brand for plus-size women.
- Built strong engagement on social media around the new collection and Ramadan campaigns.
- Helped Valory transform from a displaced brand into a symbol of resilience and empowerment.
Valory’s story is more than fashion. It’s about strength, survival, and starting again. And for us, being part of that journey was proof that creativity and strategy can do more than grow a brand — they can rebuild hope.
